Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with ELEGANT PET. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in substantially the same condition in which you received it. Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all original accessories, components, manuals, and original packaging.
You will also need your order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase.
Products showing excessive wear, damage caused after delivery, missing accessories, pet-related contamination, or signs of improper use may not qualify for a return.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If your return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, ELEGANT PET will provide a return shipping label at no additional cost to you.
For returns due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or other reasons not caused by an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at jjgz@getelegantpet.com.
Please include your order number and, when applicable, clear photos or videos showing the issue.
We will review the information and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, return, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return, including products that:
Have been damaged through misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.
Are missing original parts, accessories, manuals, or packaging.
Show significant signs of use, contamination, pet hair, odors, or damage after delivery.
Were specifically identified as Final Sale at the time of purchase.
Gift cards are also non-returnable.
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
If you would like a different product, color, or model, the fastest method is to request a return for the original item.
Once the return has been approved, you may place a new order for the replacement product.
If you received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us before placing another order so we can assist you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible at jjgz@getelegantpet.com.
We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has entered processing or has already shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
